Notes For Next Year
Brianna- In unit one it was an overview of the real meaning of marketing and how marketing is more than just adverting. In this unit I like how the quiz is at the end so it gives students the time to finish their work first and make sure they give it their all since it would be like a summary of that lesson. The vocabulary was very helpful and writing them down for every lesson was very helpful as well. Lastly In unit one you will learn about marketing in certain stores that we are familiar with and look at growth and learn about GDP (Gross domestic product) it will show you that marketing has been around for a very long time even when you least expect it. For unit two and the other units after, I personally like the quizzes to be at the end of each lesson because it shows an overview of what that lesson was about and what you know and understand. I enjoy doing all of the projects and hope for more projects like the ones from every module maybe more for extra credit. I found the extra credits very helpful to boost up my grade. As for the end of module exam I like the method of retaking the quiz until you get 100 but I feel like it the information doesn't stay in our mind unlike a study guide will or writing it down because you can reread the correct information instead of remembering the wrong information. It's very important to take good notes and not just write what ever or you wont really understand future lessons. I like how theres not a quiz every lesson it usually stops on lesson 4 which it really helpful to either catch up or start the next lesson. I feel like the test review should be a lesson it's self to go over everything that will be on the test and then for extra practice thats when we can do the practice quiz until you get 100. I thinks it's fair to take some points off someones final grade for not showing up. Never had any trouble with completing assignments or any links to an assignment, I actually found it easier to work this way at my own pace. Each video is very helpful because they all connect to whats actually happing around the world. I liked how it was focused on marketing throughout the years but it should also focus on more of todays marketing because lots of advertisements and everything is on technology and social media.
Maya-This class is easy and fun my favorite unit 4-6 the t-shirt making. If don't do good on the quiz you can take a break and then finish it later.the worksheet can for the first time but than it gets easier unit 3 needs a little improvement . all the projects are fun. In order to have good grades in this class you have to come everyday or you might not get a good grade more than 7 absences you will get a 90 . This a easy class if you just do your work and don't slack off.
